This Martin EF-1 or JF-1 type timing pulley has a 1/2" pitch and is suitable for use with 3" wide Heavy pitch profile trapezoidal tooth belts in power transmission applications that require synchronous rotation. This pulley mounts to a drive shaft using an SD-type quick disconnect (QD) bushing (sold separately). Steel pulleys resist wear and ASTM A48 class 30 gray cast iron pulleys resist wear, corrosion, and galling. Double flanges on the pulley resist side thrust and maintain belt contact.
